Mrs. Hauskrecht has extensive knowledge of processes and structures in public utility and waste management companies as well as other municipal service companies from numerous reorganization, restructuring and strategy projects in the municipal public utility sector. She advises municipalities and public utilities in the case of expiring concessions as well as in concession competition when weighing up their strategic options for action. In this context, Mrs. Hauskrecht is responsible for network and company valuations. Furthermore, she has project experience in the areas of local climate protection, renewable energies and energy efficiency. She has conducted feasibility studies and economic feasibility calculations and assisted companies in developing energy efficiency products. Mrs. Hauskrecht has accompanied organizations and municipalities in the preparation of climate concepts and has participated in the evaluation of CO2 balances and CO2 emissions and has determined the costs of CO2 avoidance. In the context of municipal climate protection initiatives, Mrs. Hauskrecht has developed measures and reviewed their implementation.
She has accompanied many municipal companies in their sometimes painful process of adaptation to market conditions through self-optimization, the formation of cooperations and (partial) privatizations.
In the context of M&A projects, Mrs. Hauskrecht has supported national and international groups of utilities and waste management companies in the acquisition of shares in municipal companies and is therefore familiar with their investment calculations and decisions.
From her many years of consulting work, Mrs. Hauskrecht is very familiar with the structures of the municipal economy and the complex processes of forming the will of its shareholders.
